You get funded

The funder pays the grant directly to your organization. After the funds arrive, we invoice our contingency fee from the awarded amount. If we don't win, you owe us nothing.

Tiered fees. The bigger the win, the lower the rate.

Our fee scales with the size of the grant. Smaller awards have a higher rate to cover the work; larger awards keep more in your pocket. Every dollar of the grant is paid to your organization first — we invoice separately.

We are listed as your grant consultant

So we receive award letters directly from the funder. You always get a copy, and the funds always go to your bank account first.

18-month follow-through on submitted applications

If a grant we submitted gets approved within 18 months, the fee applies — even if our active engagement has ended. Standard for consulting work, and it protects the work we put in.

Honest, plain-language agreements

We work with organizations across Canada. Our agreement is short, clear, and written so you don't need a lawyer to understand it. If anything ever needs sorting out, we always start with a conversation.

What does "contingency" actually mean?
It means our fee is contingent on success. If we secure a grant for your organization, we earn a percentage of the awarded amount. If we apply and don't win, you owe us nothing — we cover our own time and costs. There's no setup fee, no monthly retainer, no application fee.
When do I pay you?
After the funding lands in your account. The funder transfers the grant directly to your organization, and once the funds are in your account, we send you the invoice. Payment is due within 14 days — by e-transfer or direct deposit, whichever is easiest for you.
Is there a contract?
Yes — we sign a simple engagement agreement before we begin work on any application. It outlines the program we're applying for, the contingency terms, and what each party is responsible for. No long-term lock-in. Each application is its own engagement.
What if a funder pays the grant in installments?
Our fee is based on the total awarded amount, invoiced after the first installment is received. We don't ask you to pay before money has come in.
Can you guarantee we'll win?
No one can. Funders have their own criteria and budgets. What we can guarantee is that we only take on applications we believe have a strong chance of winning, and that our incentives are perfectly aligned with yours — we don't get paid unless you do.
Do you work with organizations outside Alberta?
Yes. We work with nonprofits, charities, and community organizations across Canada. Many of the programs we apply for are federal and available nationwide.
What types of organizations do you take on?
